Practical AI for everyday business

AI that earns its keep.

Training, consulting, AI agents and custom software, built around how you actually work.

We start with the process you already run, and with what it costs you today. If we cannot find a return worth the fee, we will say so before you sign anything.

Four ways in

Start where the work is

Most clients start with one of these and add the next only once the first pays for itself.

01 · Training

Your team, using AI on Monday

Half-day sessions on your own documents, quotes and emails. No prior AI knowledge assumed.

02 · Consulting

Where AI pays, and where it does not

We map your process, price the waste in it, and rank the fixes by payback rather than novelty.

03 · AI agents

An agent at work

You can read every step it took

A TBE agent is not a black box sitting in front of your customers. It works on your queue, writes down what it did, and hands anything unusual back to a person with the reason attached.

  • Runs on your data, in your account, under your rules.
  • A person approves anything that touches a price or a customer.
  • Turn it off and the manual process still works. We do not remove it.

We estimate missed deadlines, rework and supply delays cost between 8% and 12% of revenue. For a company at $2.5M, that is $200,000 to $300,000 a year. Automating the work may reduce these losses by up to 95%.

How an engagement runs

Five stages, each with something you can check

Every stage ends in a deliverable and a number, so you can stop after any one of them. Scope, fees and payment terms are set per engagement and written into the quote.

01

Review call — 30 minutes, free

You describe the process. We ask what it costs when it goes wrong, and say plainly whether AI is the right tool for it.

Milestone

A one-page summary naming the process, the people in it, and a go / no-go from us.

02

Baseline — we measure what you run today

A short walkthrough on site or on screen: steps, handoffs, hours per week, error and rework rate. Without a baseline there is nothing to prove later.

Milestone

Current-state map with hours per cycle and cost of rework, agreed by your team as accurate.

03

Proposal — scope, assumptions, out of scope

One or two candidates ranked by payback, each with what it touches, what it does not, and what has to be true for it to work. Fees and terms are quoted case by case in the document.

Milestone

A signed quote with a named target: the hours or error rate the work is expected to move.

04

Pilot — one process, alongside the old one

We build it, run it in parallel on real work, and train the people around it. The manual route stays available the whole time.

Milestone

Working process in daily use, with a run log, an approval step and named owners on your side.

05

Measure, then decide the next one

We compare the pilot against the baseline and report both what improved and what did not. If it did not pay, we say so and stop.

Milestone

Before-and-after numbers on hours, rework and turnaround — and a ranked shortlist for the next process.

Being straight with you

What we will not do

Every proposal we send carries an assumptions section and an out-of-scope section. Here is the version that applies before you even call.

  • We will not replace a process nobody has measured. If there is no baseline, the first job is the baseline.
  • We will not put a model in front of your customers without a person able to stop it.
  • We will not quote headcount savings. We quote hours returned, and you decide what to do with them.
  • We will not keep billing a pilot that is not working. We stop it and tell you why.
